Responsibilities : 

1. Leads to manage end to end recruitment process

2. Manage the top of the funnel recruitment process to ensure a continued pipeline of qualified candidates

3. Provide support and partnered with the TA team members ensuring successful and seamless onboarding of new partners

4. Establish , maintain , monitor , and build excellent working relationships with every function in HR and ensure Talent Acquisition is adding value

5. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the hiring managers and internal departments
