Responsibilities & Duties:

• Keep up with the latest TikTok and Instagram trends and create out-of-the-box or eccentric ideas that grab attention and spark engagement.
• Build genuine connections with followers by responding to comments, joining trending challenges, and maintaining an authentic brand presence.
• Develop creative concepts and a posting strategy that bring fresh, fun, and unexpected energy to every TikTok video.
• Collaborate with the creative team, PR, KOLs, and other stakeholders to produce engaging, relatable, and shareable TikTok content.
• Track performance metrics, identify what clicks with the audience, and use insights to refine and elevate our TikTok presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Excellent copywriting skills and strong visual literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
